Welcome! I'm Frankie, a proud graduate of Bauman College School of Culinary Arts and Nutrition, and a dedicated Pastry Chef with a deep love for all things sweet and delightful.

Yaya’s Sweets was born from cherished memories of my childhood, inspired by my beloved Yaya who helped raise my brother and me. Living just two houses down from the house I grew up in, she welcomed us every day after school with warm meals, homework help, and endless love. One of my favorite treats she made was Biko, a traditional Filipino rice cake that continues to hold a special place in my heart.

Today, my Yaya is back in the Philippines, bravely facing the challenges of dementia. Every dessert I create is a tribute to her love, care, and the joyful moments we shared. Through Yaya’s Sweets, I hope to share a piece of that love with you—one delicious bite at a time.
